Leiva, Esq. is a Partner with Lubell & Rosen, LLC and Chair of their Data Security and Privacy Practice.  Aldo represents and counsels diverse clients on rapidly-evolving federal, state and international data security and privacy laws, data breach notification laws, cyberliability, and has advised clients on the related fields of Internet law, social media, digital media, mobile app and website marketing practices and cloud computing. Aldo’s interest in complex and technology matters is based on his professional and technical background as a systems biologist (B.S., Binghamton, M.S., UMass Boston), having served as a scientific researcher/instructor in Costa Rica, as well as a comparative legal investigator in Mexico.  He attended law school at the University of Arizona.\n \nJorge Rey is the Director of Information Security and Compliance at Kaufman, Rossin & Co. and is responsible for managing and performing a variety of cybersecurity assessments and SOC reports for companies in the financial services, healthcare, and technology industries. Jorge is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT).
