REGISTRATION & ATTENDANCE POLICY: Effective July 1, 2026, the Council has implemented a No-Show Policy to help ensure accurate attendance counts and responsibly manage event costs. Members may cancel their registration up to one (1) week before an event without penalty. Each member is permitted one no-show per season at no charge; beginning with the second no-show, a $100 fee will be assessed for each missed dinner meeting. Outstanding no-show fees must be paid before registering for future events. The Board may grant exceptions in cases of illness, emergency, or other extenuating circumstances upon timely submission of an emailed waiver request. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure the fair and efficient operation of our programs.
